Weathergram 981 FOUND!!!
Made with washi tape, nail varnish, postage stamp, star hole punch and ribbon
lost in the mail on 16th January 2016. Let me know where/when you find it!
Found by me back in 2015 but re-discovered by me in my in-box just two weeks ago. It arrived in the mail promptly and then promptly disappeared!!
